Trout’s Jubilee Foods Seafood

The focus of our Trout’s Jubilee Foods Seafood Department is to bring to our community fresh seafood and fish. We have many varieties of fresh fish, oysters, clams, scallops, shrimp and more. While you’ll find your favorites like salmon and tilapia, you’ll also find hard-to-find fish like swordfish, ahi grade tuna, and other fresh fish from the seas. All of our fish arrive to us fresh from our partners at Trout Supreme Seafood.

From a modest venture in 1991, to the state-of-the art facility of today, we’ve made ourselves familiar with the changing tides of the seafood industry. Our founder, Steve Trout, has built a business that takes pride in quality products serving the region for nearly 30 years.  Realizing we had bigger fish to fry, we expanded in 2004 in order to accommodate our ever-growing business.

Now Trout’s Supreme Seafood is everywhere. With delivery service across Maryland, we’ve continued to build our business delivering fresh products in central Pennsylvania to West Virginia. Located in New Market, Maryland, we’re ready and willing to bring quality products to grocery stores and restaurants across the tristate area.

A FULL-FLEDGED SEAFOOD FACILITY

As our business continues to evolve, we’ve become a full-fledged seafood facility where our inventory is carefully monitored and managed 24 hours by the latest technology. Not only are Trout’s Supreme Seafood methods high-tech, they are environmentally sustainable. The delivery trucks responsible for traveling with some of the freshest seafood in the state run using clean diesel fuel. Our fleet is equipped with self-contained reefer units to ensure deliveries are fresh, flavorful and fast.

Over the years we’ve partnered with accountable and quality suppliers around the world. These partnerships give us the first pick of blue crabs in North Carolina and on-site oyster processing from the waters of Washington state.
